Newspaper with His Eminence Arab Iraqi Tolerance of Religious Authority Mr.Al- Sarkhi  Al-Hassani ( Allah may keep him save )


Q1-  Who is Mr. Mahmood Al- Hassani Al-Sarkhi?  And what is the origin of the difference with other religious Shiite scholars ?In the Name of Allah :
We have said , and we are saying and repeating :
-The difference or dispute between the  scholars of religion lies in understanding the source ,its rules , as a whole or in  details   and in understanding, diagnosing   accuracy and application this in reality about  situations and  happening  incidents  . Also the difference is in understanding  and diagnosing the circumstances and the surrounding  and associated with  evidences regarding every  incident or happening .,  the disagreement and difference is scientific jurisprudential and fundamental . Such  disagreement and scientific debate are useful ,desirable (according to reason and religion) and  , necessary .
In modern era and since about forty years ago ,two religious schools began to appear clearly and outstandingly :
First : The renewal scientific school  which is the school of the two martyr instructors ; Mr. Al- Sadr the First and Mr. Al- Sadr the Second ( Allah bless them ) . This school is  scientific , renewal and it keeps pace with the  renewed science  and with the scientific movement  and social developments , beside its living , intellectual and behavioural  requirements and needs  . The presentation and the scientific approach of this school is based on a solid intellectual  deep creative fundamental .it also has superior  special style in dealing with fundamentalism and jurisprudence in  particular , and with other sciences in general .
Secondly :  Classical school which tarried and is tarrying in development , interaction and creativity till it become very isolated and  confined . It is searching only self-benefits and interests ,so it is limited and minor consideration in diagnosing and situation . It also becomes away from scientific development and movement in all fields.
Allah honoured me and gave me his grace when He made me belong  to learn in the first school , so I followed the approach of my two instructors ; Mr. Al- Sadr the First and Mr. Al- Sadr the Second ( Allah bless them ) .
Whatever scientific arguments appear and are recorded in this time  are the same as   these ones in the time of  my two instructors  and whatever questions , charges and fabrications in this time are the same as these ones at the time of  my two instructors .  The only difference between the two times is that nowadays  we witness  a scientific openness , especially the great development in cyberspace ( internet ) , which makes every event and news  very close  , in addition to the great changes and transformations in the mentality , trends and behaviour  of the societies ,and the best examples are the blessing Arab revolutions of the youth  which had great influence in press movement , press communication and following the news  and current events  in the world generally , and in the Arabic and Islamic world especially ,  and this happens mainly through the internet  as many people can find what they want to through it relatively when the press on the other side is politicized and paid the price  and looted the will and the professional .In addition to the balance of power in the region , and in the world and the changes in it from time to time  which cause a great turn and coup . All these things and other things make reaching news easy nowadays and important in the balance of power in the world , the region and especially in Iraq including the news and the events in the religious establishment and its schools , there was not such thing at the time of the two instructors ; Mr. Al- Sadr the First and Mr. Al- Sadr the Second . There is not any difference between what  the religious establishment had done and performed in its trends , mentality and anything connected to it at that time and at the present time .

Q2- Was his dispute with a certain religious scholar or with certain destination ? and was it about jurisprudence or about politics ?In the name of Allah :
The answer is obvious in the previous answer .


Q3-  Historically , there has been harmony among the  religious scholars and schools , but when Al – Sarkhi appeared with what he represented of something different , the image became different about Al-Alamiyah ( the position of the most knowledgeable religious scholar ) or Al- Muqalideen ( the followers of the scholar ) . The  stereotypes about the religious scholar and about the most knowledgeable religious scholar ? -What decides that position ?
In the name of Allah :
After we showed that the dispute is scientific jurisprudential and fundamental , and such dispute  and scientific debate are useful ,desirable (according to reason and religion) moral and  necessary  . So , my dear , your words about the fixed historical harmony have confiscation . I don't know what you mean exactly when you say  "  when Al – Sarkhi appeared with what he represented of something different , the image became different about Al-Alamiyah ( the position of the most knowledgeable religious scholar ) or Al- Muqalideen ( the followers of the scholar ) . The  stereotypes about the religious scholar and about the most knowledgeable religious scholar ? "  Do you mean the change is negative or positive ?
You can notice that I mentioned to you in the previous answer that the change you mean in your question is not novel or associated with Al-Sarkhi , but it is extension to the school of Al-Sadr the First and Al-Sadr the second ,to their personalities , to their trends  and to their scientific and social bibliographies .
And about what decides the position of  the most knowledgeable religious scholar , surely it is decided through the scholar's evidences  and his scientific books especially in  fundamentalism and jurisprudence , this is the way to prove this position , and then the scholar is allowed to be a scholar to the common people . But when he can not prove this , then he is legitimately forbidden to claim this position to himself . Because all the religious scholars , in the present time and in the past , mentioned in their books that common people must follow the most knowledgeable religious scholar. So how can he claim this position to himself when he is not the most knowledgeable religious scholar? Therefore every  scholar put himself in this position must consider himself  the most knowledgeable religious scholar , that is before people begin to follow him . So the scholar who proves by  scientific legitimate proofs and  evidences is the real   most knowledgeable religious scholar. Almighty Allah says  (( Say : bring your evidence if you were honest ))


Q4- When did the dispute between Al-Sarkhi and the other scholars begin ?In the name of Allah ;
The answer is obvious in previous answers .

Q5-Is there a conflict between two concepts of religious scholarship, and where  is Al-Sarkhi regarding the silent scholarship and the speaking scholarship ?
In the name of Allah :
Praise to Allah that you here bring the historical , real and sharp  evidence that proves what I mentioned before about the existence of the trends or schools or types of religious scholarships ….You are here making a classification of the religious schools and scholarships into silent and speaking .. the founder and the theorist of these terms was Mr. A-Sadr the Second and he was one of the two poles of the renewal school, and before him , there was Mr. Al-Sadr the First it into two types ; first : the good wise scholarship , the second : the opposite meaning . Al-Sarkhi tried and is trying to follow his two instructors'   approach in science , performance and attitude .
So he classified the religious establishment into two schools : classical school and renewal scientific school which is the school of Al-Sadr the First and Al-Sadr the second  . I classified it in some of my books into the opportunist scholarship  and messianic school , and you can get the books issued about this subject , and Allah may grant us support and success .


Q6- All clergymen especially those who have the degree of Hujatalislam and onward have influential word in the different official, then can we express the actions of the official against a man has a degree of Ayatullah , like you , for example ; what happen in Al-Nasiriya ?
In the name of Allah ;
First : The word ( all ) you mentioned is  certainly imperfect and unjust .These false and unjust cases are  often issue from unjust people and the misguidance Imams so as to mislead people , just like those who were before them across  history . They were always trying their best to draw an image that good reforming people  ,like prophets , messengers , saints and reformer , are little ,fragmentation ,weak , ignorant , insane and fool . And the opposite are abundance , crowd , majority , society , sane and educated…The holly Quran shows this fact and points to it and focus on it in many places . Now I am not going to ask misguidance Imams or retinue or powerful and user people , but I am asking those who believe them ,and you are one of them : Do you have statistical of all the clergymen who have the degree of Hujatalislam  onward ? How many are they ? Are you sure that all those   have influential word  in the different official ?
I mention this just to pay attention to the wily and deceitful style they used and are using and will use against every reformer or person calling to right . I want to pay attention and warn in this subject and other subjects in my case and other cases .
Secondly : I am also , with you , asking many questions in this subject , then you and the others can value that what happens and is happening is related to these questions partially or completely ,or to what we do not mention in this subject . Here you are the questions :
Why is a mosque  which is devoted only for worshipping Allah destroyed as  people who used this mosque never involved in any quarrel or competition , about a position or sealing money from oil or other wealth , against those who destroyed the mosque ?
Why is the mosque destroyed as it carries the name of  the instructor teacher " Mr. Mohammed Baqir  Al- Sadr " , when those destroyers used this name to gain the  power and dominate the lives ,  money ,destiny  and mind of  the people? All this domination by using the name of Mr. Al-Sadr and his oppressed case …then why do they destroy the mosque that carries his name ?
The crime of destroying the mosque is one of many crimes they committed for long years against me ( the slave of Allah who is in need of Allah's mercy) . I said these words to my followers :" this crime happened in certain national circumstances  and new  balance and political situation , the criminal did not pay attention to them , so the media grab the news of this crime due to the efforts of good faithful group of people , so the news of this crime almost spread . That was also due to the continuous  blessing and grace of Allah  . Now there is a compound question : Why did they destroy the mosque and violate the sanctity of the mosque and the worshipers ?
Why are all those we mentioned above strangely silent ( with exception of very few people do not go beyond the fingures of the hand ) ?
Why are all officials , politicians , press ,human right organizations and others silent , no condemn , no disapproval when the crime is clear and obvious for all , and it is not political or related to a competition about position or money ?  Are all these crimes against us because of our attitudes in refusing the occupation and everything associated with it ,before and during it occurred till this moment ? Or is it because our rejecting the occupation was real ,honest and faithful , not hypocritical , reputational or for life benefit ?
Do they want all people and things to be corrupted , so no one can recognize good people , then they can destroy every honest and honour , and every reformer and reformation , every fair and fairness ? Are all these crimes against us  because of what we have received of  clear threats and warnings , declared or undeclared , to remove the word   ( Iraqi  ) and ( Arabic )  from our title or  name , and everything related to this point . So these events were due to our adhere , insisting and being proud  of being  Iraqis and Arabs  when  they are trying their best  to make Iraq   and the Iraqis  in a case of abandonment from their patriotism and nationality , and then stealing their religion , heritage and civilization , and make them humiliated , submissively and follower to the others . Under all these hard great risks , we raised and are raising  the slogan of patriotism and nationality in addition to the slogan of Islam , principles  and morality . At the same time they consider every   patriot and national person to be a follower of Al- Ba'ath , Saddam , Al- Qaidah and terrorism .
In spite of all that , we shall continue adhering our patriotism , nationality as Arabs , religion , and it is not fanatical adherence like those before Islam , but because our prophet ( peace be upon him and his household )  was Arabic , The holly Quran is Arabic , and the language in Paradise is Arabic  . Therefore , we can not get rid of our Arabic identification , because by doing so we are getting rid from Paradise , Quran and its   luminosity and from the Last Prophet and his sanctity (peace be upon him and his household )  , and because it is abandonment from the message of Islam and its comprehensiveness and continuity . At last it will be abandonment from the Divine Justice Project  regarding the Arabic Hashimi Tuhami Meccan Promised Savior ( peace be upon him ) ,and the establishing of his State of Justice with its constitution , the Quran and its obvious Arabic language .
Now the important central question which is delayed so much is the following " Are all these events that happened , are happening now and  will happen because of what we conclude through the sharp legitimate scientific evidence that we frankly announced  and never hesitated in declaring it , is that  " The General Authority of the Jurist " is proved to the  most knowledgeable religious scholar wherever and whenever he is ?
This position is not connected to any power or government or presidency or press fame or other things . " The General Authority of the Jurist " is not proved by sword ,oppression , repression , terrorism , bribery , false media ,deceit and deception . It  is thought ,belief and kind argument .It is right application , humanity ,  good messianic morality , because Allah has sent His  Messenger so as to complete good morals .
Here it is enough to wonder about the reasons behind all these actions against us and the reason behind the increase in these actions at the present time . Is it because they want to make the arena  free from any competitors who may be the alternatives to the current religious reference as the government has been convinced that this reference should be ended , and before they end it , they must make arena free of any competitors . So they want to end  others ,and we could the first one to be ended by such hostility .

Q7- Basing on the previous question , what do you say to those who suspect your being the  most knowledgeable religious scholar or your getting the degree of Ayetullah ?
In the name of Allah :
Almighty Most Knowledgeable , Most Wise Allah says : (( Say : bring your evidence if you were honest ))
Every sane person must follow the evidence . We have issued
our evidence and proof in jurisprudence  , fundamentals and other sciences . Anyone can easily get this evidence from the mosques , our offices   or offices that are sympathetic with us , some bookshops that have our researches and through internet /the main website or the press centre and can get any information . Anyone can also get it from our followers , because it is supposed that all of them follow or join us according to this scientific legitimate evidence . This is the evidence we have got , and anyone claims the opposite , let him prove his claim also through  the  scientific legitimate evidence ?
Here we can also ask  " Were the message of  the prophets , messengers , Imams and the saints wrong gust because some  ignorant, lying , hypocrite people had some claims against them .

Q8- Some of your followers say that these actions against you due to your attitudes against the occupation and your assistance to the resistance , if this analysis is true , then Mr. Muqtada Al-Sadr stood against the occupation ,but he has a word and an influence in different circles .
In the name of Allah :
Certainly , one of the reasons was our attitude against the occupation , but it is the main reason . not only because it is an occupation , but also because of the occupation's affiliates and  what the occupation  has resulted . The previous answers   have what complete this answer …Here we must to pay the attention that there is a difference between the religious authority and its attitudes on a hand , and the politicians and their attitudes on the other hand .

Q9- How can the term " the  most knowledgeable religious scholar " be defined? And do you consider yourself " the  most knowledgeable religious scholar " or  " the  most supreme  knowledgeable religious scholar " ?
In the name of Allah :
The task of diligent religious scholar is to find or show the legitimate rules , this process mainly depends on  jurisprudence and fundamentals . So first , the person must be diligent in   jurisprudence  and fundamentals ,then he will certainly be able to make use of other sciences in this process . And any claim without evidence is false , fake and misguiding . So everyone claims himself  a diligent religious scholar must show his evidences and proofs in scientific field so as to let people value these evidences nd proofs and make a comparison to other , so it is very very very important to have the evidence , and without evidence ,we must throw him away from the scientific field , and this is what our instructor Mr.Al-Sadr the Second had said and repeated " Who does not have or understand the  fundamentals of Abu  Ja'afer ( means the fundamental researches of our  instructor Mr.Al-Sadr the First Mohammad Baqir ) ,you must throw him away from the  scientific competition . If the person who doesn't have or understand the  fundamentals of Abu  Ja'afer
, then what about who does not have any scientific evidence, of course ,he is never to be a scientist . As our instructor Mr.Al-Sadr the Second said  "the diligent religious scholar in jurisprudence  , fundamentals , but  does not have or understand the  fundamentals of Abu  Ja'afer (his case could be discussed )
But that who does not have anything ( his case can not even be discussed ) .  Mr.Al-Sadr the Second said about some of those who claims himself as high religious positions and titles : " they are not fit to give a primary lesson in simple jurisprudence , then how he can give a lesson in the high level of fundamentals and high researches " .
About your question regarding the supreme ( higher ) or middle or lower religious scholar or others , these are just formal titles , not real titles , and do not reflect the reality of the man who carries these titles, because  the  most supreme  knowledgeable religious scholar should be one person not many people . This one person must be appointed the  most supreme  knowledgeable religious scholar , also the title of " General Guardianship" and everything related to it . Common people ,everyone according to his mental level , must try his best to know  the  most supreme  knowledgeable religious scholar and follow him , thus they can discharge his duty before Allah .

Q10 –You had  many disputes with the agent of Mr. Al- Sistani , are these disputes with Mr. Al- Sistani or with his agents ?In the name of Allah :
I and my followers do not have any personal disputes or hostility against anybody ,never ,never . If you mean the scientific dispute ,that is very ordinary , normal and even it is useful and praiseful legitimately . But it is necessary to get the great benefits , and this is the main motive to develop any science and achieve its aims and interests to the society .


Q11- Some people accuse you that you cause a Shiite – Shiite war among the religious scholars ? and some say that you are aiming to emerge in the media and propaganda , how do you comment ?
In the name of Allah :
Firstly ; I do not know which war they are talking about , and what  relation do the religious scholars have about destroying the mosque and violation of sanctities of other mosques and the people who are praying in the mosques , arresting them ,threaten their families and torture them .
Secondly ; It is just a lie and obscene to draw the attention away from their  ugly crimes , all crimes that they committed in Iraq and against all Iraqis , in all their sects , nationalities and religions , since the arriving of the occupation , his followers and those who wanted the occupation till now , and the caravan of corruption will go on committing such crimes .
Thirdly ; Any sane fair person can be sure that all what I said is right when he go to the  offices of the scholars ,and communicate with them and their websites and ask them about these events , and about their relation with these crimes , then everyone can reach the truth of these false charges .
Fouthly ;   About  the   emerging in the media and propaganda ,it is easy to be certain and know the truth through the behaviour  and the bibliography of the man you mean .
Fifthly ; I don't know how can you, according to very easy intuition , hear these charges and believe them , or accept the likelihood of their being real .
Every sane or even insane person can ask himself about these lies and false charges regarding   the   emerging in the media and propaganda and the Shiite –shiite war , ask yourselves these questions;
-Did we destroy the mosque of Mohammed Baqir Al-Sadr to get the   emerging in the media and propaganda and the Shiite –shiite war ?
-Did we violate the  sanctities of other mosques and the offices to get the   emerging in the media and propaganda and the Shiite –shiite war ?
-Did we hurt and injured ourselves to get the   emerging in the media and propaganda and the Shiite –shiite war ?
-Did we wear the police and army official uniform , carry guns and torturing tools and hit ourselves , frighten our families , arrest ourselves ,put ourselves in prisons , prepare false charges , and assault the lawyers whom we assigned to defend and release  them in a clear violation to the rules , customs and morals ,and leave tens of them in prisons without knowing their fate to get the   emerging in the media and propaganda and the Shiite –shiite war ?
And ; Did we …?  Did we… ? Did we….?
Again we ask  ; Did we wear the police and army official uniform , carry guns and torturing tools, did we close streets and bridges and order curfew many times ,especially at the night when the mosque was destroyed in Al- Nasirya and the following nights and use police and army trucks to get the   emerging in the media and propaganda and the Shiite –shiite war ?
-If we are who we wear the police and army official uniform and did all these crimes for emerging  the media and propaganda , did we violate the  sanctities of media and the journalists and stand against them and prevent them from recording events by their cameras ,threaten them and warn and prevent them  from publication about these  serious crimes that were committed against us ?
If the   emerging  the media and propaganda and the Shiite –shiite war are our aims , then why do we prevent media and the journalists by force and stand against them and violate their  sanctities and their humanity ?
After all that , ask yourselves , who did all that ? Are we or the  militias which work under the cover of the state and its establishments , or ill-soul and seducer people who bought their conscience and lost their humanity and corrupted the country ?
Glory to Allah , how do you judge (evaluate ) ?
Praise to Allah ,the First and the Last, the Outwardly and the Inwardly .
Praise to Allah ,the Cherisher of the worlds ,and the consequence to the worshipers .
